Prior to joining DonRiver, Blair was a key member of Accenture’s communications and high tech consulting practice for 6 years where he distinguished himself as an expert in communications OSS technology.  During his time at Accenture, Blair worked with top communications providers from North America and Europe to deliver on their technology strategies and help deliver ROI from their chosen technologies. 

Blair has been recognized by many senior technology executives as a trusted advisor who possesses a very unique set of skills which allow him to marry their business transformation goals with the realities and intricacies of implementing complex technologies.

Within DonRiver, Blair has operational responsibility for the OSS and BSS practices.  He’s accountable for the overall quality and delivery of professional services that are delivered to DonRiver’s communications clients.

Blair has a Bachelor of Science degree (Hons.) from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  He also has a post-graduate diploma in IT.
