Anant Tailor
Anant Tailor

Mr. Tailor is a highly regarded solution delivery expert with more than 10 years of experience in heading large business system integration initiatives. He has led the successful end-to-end delivery of numerous telecom operation support system (OSS) programs in the areas of order management, service fulfilment and service assurance; mobile financial services platform initiatives; and Web-based application implementations. Mr. Tailor’s telecom experience encompasses both wire line and wireless, with a thorough understanding of their business and operational aspects. In the area of mobile financial services, Mr. Tailor has an extensive comprehension of mobile marketing, mobile remittance and mobile wallet functions. He is keenly attuned to the business needs of mobile finance service companies and the demands of their customers.

Prior to joining DonRiver, Mr. Tailor was a manager at a global IT and management consulting firm, where he was esteemed for his knowledge of telecom OSS and systems integration. Within DonRiver, Mr. Tailor is responsible for the company’s IT systems and processes, and he holds both client-facing and internal leadership functions. His client-facing duties include business case definition, project strategy design, project scope planning, as well as overall project management.Mr. Tailor holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, and a Diploma in Marketing & Competitive Intelligence from the University of Torornto.

Blair Pallopson
Blair Pallopson

Blair Pallopson has been recognized by many senior technology executives as a trusted adviser who possesses unique skills which allow him to marry their business transformation goals with the ealities and intricacies of implementing complex technologies.

Within DonRiver, Mr. Pallopson has operational responsibility for the OSS and BSS practices. He’s accountable for the overall quality and delivery of professional services that are delivered to DonRiver’s communications clients.

Prior to joining DonRiver, he was a manager in Accenture’s communications and high tech consulting practice, where he distinguished himself as an expert in communications OSS technology. During his time at Accenture, Mr. Pallopson worked with top communications providers from North America and Europe to deliver on their technology strategies and help drive ROI from their chosen technologies.

Mr. Pallopson earned a bachelor of science degree (Hons.) from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He also has a post-graduate degree in Information Technology.

Brent Ho-Young
Brent Ho-Young

Brent Ho-Young is a recognized expert in the mobile financial services industry. He has developed mobile financial strategies for wireless operators, banks, international remittance providers and application service providers and commercialized their product offerings.

Mr. Ho-Young founded DonRiver’s mobile practice and, as its lead, is responsible for its mobile financial service offerings, market research and oversight of client consulting engagements. He also serves as the chief editor of a highly regarded mobile financial services information portal that provides industry news and insight to professionals around the world (www.mobile-financial.com).

Prior to becoming a principal in the mobility practice at DonRiver, Mr. Ho-Young served as a technology consultant for a global management and technology consulting firm focused on defining and implementing operational software solutions for Tier 1 wireless operators and telecommunications service providers.

Mr. Ho-Young holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Management from McMaster University and is a former president of the Harvard Business School’s Summer Venture in Management Program’s alumni association

John McVey
John McVey

Prior to launching DonRiver, Inc., in 2006, Mr. McVey spent more than seven years as a communications and technology executive at the global management and technology-consulting firm Accenture. During his tenure there, Mr. McVey distinguished himself within Accenture’s communications and high-tech sectors, focusing on streamlining operations for telecommunications carriers while transforming the carriers’ IT components.

Mr. McVey has extensive experience in strategic business case development, solution architecture, commercial software assessment, custom product development and designing and implementing next generation OSS and BSS solutions. He also has comprehensive industry expertise in launching MVNOs, mobile VAS strategy, mobile handset design and development, mobile money transfer and mobile remittance. He has held leadership roles at previous clients such as Qwest, Bell Canada, Comcast, BellSouth and Telstra.

Within DonRiver, Mr. McVey functions in both client-facing and leadership capacities. He is responsible for new client sales, business plan execution and building and growing DonRiver offshore development centers in Russia and Vietnam. He is also a telecommunications professional, consulting with clients on executive business cases and strategic development initiatives.

Mr. McVey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign) College of Commerce and Business Administration.

Kent McNeil
Kent McNeil

Kent McNeil is a recognized expert in the mobile financial services industry. He has helped wireless operators, international remittance providers and application service providers develop mobile financial strategies and commercialize their product offerings.

Mr. McNeil is responsible for the mobile practice’s financial service offerings, its market research and overseeing client consulting engagements. Mr. McNeil also contributes to the mobile financial services information portal that provides industry insight and news to professionals around the world (www.mobile-financial.com).

His specialties include mobile marketing, mobile applications, telecom open-source software (OSS) and business support systems (BSS) in wireless and wireline networks, enterprise application integration (EAI) open-source software, service-oriented architectures (SOA), service-delivery platforms (SDP) and business process management (BPM). He also manages DonRiver’s offshore teams.

Prior to joining DonRiver, Mr. McNeil served as an executive for Accenture, where he focused on network technology consulting, specifically on defining and implementing operational software solutions for Tier 1 wireless operators and telecommunications service providers.
Mr. McNeil holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas in Austin.

Long Van
Long Van

Long Van has amassed a comprehensive knowledge of enterprise-wide business integration initiatives in the telecommunication and financial communities through eight years of experience in these industries. Mr. Van works closely with global remittance providers to formalize product solutions that can be leveraged by financial institutions and network operators. These product offerings serve as the building blocks for scalable and extensible mobile financial service platforms, which support payment integration, banking, remittance, billing and carrier gateways.

At DonRiver, Mr. Van focuses on the architecture and implementation of mobile financial service initiatives for numerous clients and holds the position of mobile financial services solution architect. Prior to joining DonRiver in 2006, Mr. Van served as an enterprise application integration technology consultant for various top-tier global management and consulting firms, including Accenture, Deloitte and CGI, where he concentrated on business and systems integration within the communications sector.

Mr. Van earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada. In addition to his undergraduate education, Mr. Van received a diploma in Information Technology Management from the Canadian Information Technology College in Toronto.
