TORONTO, April 27, 2011 – DonRiver, Inc. has announced that it has named Sanjay Dhawan to the consulting firm’s advisory board. Dhawan is a recognized leader and innovator within the wireless industry, especially with mobile financial services and mobile commerce.

He is a frequent speaker about mobile commerce issues at conferences, such as the 2010 Canadian Payments Association Conference. He has also been a member of the Canadian Payments Association’s Stakeholder Advisory Council. Mr. Dhawan also has a long history of assisting technology companies as a corporate finance and corporate development advisor with PwC and with his own firm, Pluris Advisory.
