While most Communications providers do differ from one another - e.g. the technologies they provide, processes, etc., they all tend to have similar delivery and implementation challenges. We recognize this and take the important lessons learned with us to each of our clients. We’re proactive in our delivery and we’d rather not use a methodology or design a solution that we know will not work or cause more pain for our client. If there are ways to improve processes or increase the speed of delivery, we will work with our clients to do so as best as possible.

We’ve developed specific OSS applications and solutions so that our clients do not have to reinvent the wheel all over again. These tools, in production today, have saved Communication Carriers millions of dollars - savings based on reduced effort and increased performance. While these products and solutions have been targeted for specific COTS products, they have been architected and designed to support numerous products in the marketplace.
