DonRiver Inventory Replicator

The DonRiver Inventory Replicator was custom-built for Amdocs Resource Management (Amdocs Cramer) and allows Communication Carriers to synchronize Amdocs Cramer instances across the enterprise. Unlike Amdocs Sync Engine which is used for syncing 3rd party systems or network devices with ARM, DonRiver Inventory Replicator can be used for:

1. Synchronization of Amdocs Cramer data from the production instance of Resource Manager to a standby copy for use in:
   • Production Support
     Enable improved production support by replication of production data to production support environments
   • Reporting / Inventory Cache
     Enable a dedicated system for systems such as Service Assurance to access Amdocs Cramer production inventory data without affecting performance
   • Configuration Management
     Use it for configuration management and metadata propagation tool across pre-production environments
   • Disaster recovery
     Synchronization of data will enable a more 'insured' disaster recovery solution
   • Amdocs Cramer Upgrade Enabler
     Potential to use it for a Cramer upgrade to de-risk deployment by allowing an extended production deployment and transition
2. Synchronization of Amdocs Cramer metadata across environments to improve the overall configuration and change management of Amdocs Cramer
3. Reducing the amount of downtime required for Amdocs Cramer deployments and builds in production
